This page explains what Ladner Technology Services, LLC collects through this website and what we do with it. It is short because the site does not do much: it tells you about the business and lets you send us a message.
The contact form
When you send a message, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and email address
- your business name and town
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- your message, and optionally how you heard about us
We use this only to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to any marketing list.
The form is protected from spam byCloudflare Turnstile, which does not use tracking cookies. Your message is delivered to us by email through Resend, a service that transmits the message and does not use it for anything else. We keep inquiry emails for as long as we reasonably need them to follow up and for ordinary business records. Ask us to delete your message and we will.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own server. It records page views and coarse information such as the referring site, browser, and country. It sets no cookies and does not collect anything that identifies you personally.
